MIG-MAG on board 6-axes anthropomorphic welding robot and an external axis, with 10 Kg wrist load at the highest speed (180° per second for the larger axes), assembled on a lifting column. Its working span is 1,380 mm referred to the wrist centre and a further 1,550 mm working radius of the torch. Its repetitive precisions is +/- 0.1 mm.
Controller, equipped with industrial personal computer with dedicated operating system, robot management programme and compact programming terminal. The Robot is in a Box measuring 2,000 X 3,000 mm, height 2.000 mm formed of a solid platform with a metal structure in steel and aluminium, outside with fume suction hood and equipped with load/unload station change positioner which is motorised with axis controlled by the robot, secured to the base.
Some of the main characteristics of this positioner are: two welding stations, of 100 kg capacity per station with max load opening of 1,500 mm and loading height of 800 mm from the ground.
